Custom AI, built from parts that already work.

When a product on the shelf doesn't fit, we build one that does. We start from the same tested components behind Lore, Vox and Conduit, so you pay for the part that's specific to you, not for reinventing the rest.

The parts we build with

Document search and answers

Ingestion, OCR, search, re-ranking and cited answers, with client isolation. The engine inside Lore.

Voice and telephony

Real-time speech, interruption handling, calendar booking and outbound calling with compliance rules. The engine inside Vox.

An agent engine

The model chooses which tool to use next and when it's done, inside a step budget and a list of allowed tools, with every step recorded.

MCP infrastructure

Tool servers with identity, tiers, usage records and safe logging, so agents can use your systems under control. The engine inside Conduit.

The kind of thing we build

Security questionnaire assistant

Drafts answers to customer security questionnaires from your past answers and policies, shows the evidence for each one and flags the ones a person should check.

A voice line that knows your documents

A phone agent that answers questions from your manuals or policies, not just bookings.

Agent access to internal systems

MCP servers that let AI assistants read from and act on your own systems, with permissions and an audit trail.

How a build works

  1. Scope. A short call, then a written scope with a fixed price and timeline.
  2. Build. Working software early and often, on your data, in your environment where possible.
  3. Hand over. You run it. We document it and stay available for support and changes.

We also review the architecture and security of AI systems other teams have built. Ask if that would help.
