Each organisation's data is scoped at the data layer and covered by automated isolation tests, so one client can't reach another's documents, calls or settings.
In Lore, the person running the server manages organisations but has no access to their documents or questions. That's enforced in the data layer, not by hiding menu items.
Licences are checked offline. If a subscription lapses, nothing stops working: existing users keep getting answers, and only new setup pauses.
Lore can run its language model entirely on its own appliance, with no internet. Where a connected setup is fine, a hosted model works too. Switching is a setting, not a rebuild.

Lore and Vox work end to end and are in early access: we're onboarding our first customers now and set each one up personally. Conduit is a developer preview, available as a framework with build support.
With Lore it doesn't have to: it can run with no internet connection at all, with the language model running on the appliance itself. If you'd rather not run anything, Lore Cloud reads documents in your own storage and sends a hosted AI model only the passages each question needs, with identifiers masked first. Vox answers phone calls, so call audio is handled by our telephony and speech partners. We choose and manage them for you, so there's nothing to set up.
In Lore's Sovereign edition, the language model runs locally on the appliance, so nothing leaves your network. In Vox, calls are handled by AI services we manage for you, with automatic failover if one goes down.
